The green indicator light on my Kawasaki charger starts blinking every 1/2 second?

d446 trouble

The battery may be hot. Let it cool down prior to charging. If green indicator light continues to blink, replace battery. Continued use of a bad battery on a properly working charger may potentially damage the charger. Visit our e-store to purchase replacement batteries.

How long of an extension cord can I use for my power tool?

Power tools generally work best without extension cords. Avoid using an extension cord as much as possible. If you must use an extension cord, it should be plugged into a GFCI found in circuit boxes or protected boxes. Make sure extension cord is in good condition. When using an extension cord, be sure to use one heavy enough to carry the current your product will draw. (See table for wire gauge guide)

My compressor starts up fine but turns off by itself after a few seconds.

compressor tank air drain valve

Check your electrical connections.

Unplug and turn OFF compressor.

Remove from extension cord/power strip (if applicable).

Drain air from the tank by turning loose drain valve located on the bottom of the tank (see image).

Close drain valve.

Turn compressor to ON position.

TIP: Air compressor uses more amperage compared to other appliances or tools to operate optimally. We highly recommend to plug the compressor directly to an outlet of at least 20amps. If the area you need the air is farther than what the cord allows, it is suggested to use a longer air hose instead of using an extension cord. This will help you get the most life out of your unit.
